30-Day Easy Returns

At Er-Luxurious, your satisfaction is our priority. Shop with confidence knowing that every eligible purchase is protected by our 30-Day Easy Return Policy.

Free Returns Within 30 Days

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unused, unwashed, unaltered item with all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Hassle-Free Pickup

Once your return request is approved, our courier partner will collect the package from your doorstep within 2–3 business days (subject to service availability).

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may send the parcel to our return address using any reliable courier service.

Return Eligibility

- Product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Original tags and packaging should be intact.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process

After the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Online Payments

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, please share your bank account details via email or WhatsApp. The refund will be transferred through NEFT within 2–3 business days after the return is approved.

Store Credit

You may also choose to receive your refund as Er-Luxurious Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Return Shipping Charges

For products priced below ₹1,000 per item, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Important Note

Please ensure that the bank account details you provide are accurate. Er-Luxurious will not be responsible for refunds transferred to an incorrect account due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
